Build your AI product
in four weeks.
A live cohort for US bootstrapped founders. Go from an idea to a working AI workflow and app on a real URL, on the stack we ship for clients: Vercel, Supabase, OpenRouter and Resend.
Saturdays, 12–2 pm ET · Sat 31 Oct – Sat 21 Nov · $500 early enrolment
Why this cohort
Taught by someone who
ships for a living.
Not a course creator. A product manager who builds AI products for paying clients, every week, on the same stack you'll use.
In product
Five years of product management, from payments at PhonePe to shipping indie products regularly.
Enterprise AI
A year at Lyzr AI, a leading enterprise AI company: Agent-OS, multi-agent templates, Lyzr University.
VectorShift (YC S23)
Product Manager on a $60K contract at VectorShift, a YC-backed AI workflow platform: the same kind of AI workflows you'll build here, shipped for paying customers.
PMs trained
An ICAgile-accredited product management instructor, with 100+ product managers and operators trained. View the credential
Who it's for
For founders who'd rather
ship it themselves.
Bootstrapped
No institutional funding: revenue, savings, friends and family. Self-declared; we take your word for it.
Has an idea
One user, one job, one AI workflow. In the first session we cut it to what ships in four weeks.
Builds with AI tools
If you've made anything with Cursor, Claude Code or similar, you're ready. No CS degree needed.
How it runs
One live session a week.
Help every weekday.
Every Saturday, 12–2 pm ET (9–11 am PT): two 45-minute sittings with a 30-minute break. On weekdays you build, and we work async in a private Slack channel, so it fits around your week.
Every week
Learn it Saturday. Build it all week.
Each week ends with a milestone you demo, so you never fall behind quietly.
- Saturday, 12–2 pm ET: sitting one is demos and the week's idea, built live. Then a 30-minute break. Sitting two is a build-along to start your milestone.
- Monday: the week's brief in Slack, with notes and a short drill in the cohort app.
- Every weekday: a daily check-in thread (shipped, stuck, next), and answers in Slack within 24 hours.
- Mid-week: a recorded review of your build, with what to fix next.
- Recorded: every session, in case you miss one.

- Valid for 12 months from the cohort's start date.

Who teaches it
The person teaching
is the person building it.
Harshit Krishna Choudhary runs h1902y, building AI workflows and apps for founders, and is Product Manager on contract at VectorShift (YC S23), an AI workflow platform. Before that came a year at Lyzr AI and payments product at PhonePe.
Questions
Things founders ask first.
How does admission work?
Apply in about ten minutes. We read every application ourselves and reply within 24 hours. If you're accepted, you get a link to secure your seat.
How does the week work between sessions?
Async, in a private Slack channel: the week's brief on Monday, a daily check-in thread, answers within 24 hours on weekdays, and a recorded mid-week review of your build. No weekday calls.
What counts as bootstrapped?
No institutional funding: no VC, no accelerator equity rounds. Revenue, savings, friends and family are fine. It's self-declared; we take your word for it.
Do I need to be a developer?
No, but you'll write and ship code with an AI coding tool. If you've built anything with Cursor, Claude Code or similar, you're ready.
What will it cost beyond the seat?
Vendor free tiers cover the build. Budget about $10 of OpenRouter credit.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded, the notes and drills are in the cohort app, and you can post your milestone demo in Slack.
Who owns what I build?
You do. Everything runs on your own accounts from day one.
What's the refund policy?
A full refund on request until the end of the first session (Sat 31 Oct). No refunds after that.
